RESURGENT CUSTOM CASK BOURBON
Our double gold medal-winning Custom Cask single barrel straight bourbon rests for at least four years in commissioned barrels made of an unusually high quality new American charred white oak. On the nose, deeply sherried single malt is followed by rich chocolate, and then the anise and cinnamon spice of rye comes through. Hints of peach, apple, and blackberry soften to a beautiful fruity balance with notes of maple. Subtle vanilla notes enhance the velvet mouthfeel with a peppery, black tea finish.
RESURGENT YOUNG AMERICAN BOURBON
Young American is a variation of Custom Cask. Distilled and aged from a specially designed mash bill with a higher corn and rye content that lends a spicy, complex perfection to the finished spirit. Malted barley imparts a sweetness and remarkably soft mouthfeel. We offer this hand-blended, small batch bourbon at cask strength and encourage you to add pure spring water to open the nose and encourage the notes of honey, peach, and peppery vanilla as it flows over the tongue.
RESURGENT STRAIGHT RYE
Aged in custom American white oak barrels, this straight rye whiskey has notes of butterscotch and caramel up front, complemented by fresh straw and toasted cereal. Luscious toffee, vanilla, and marshmallow finish with peppery spice notes.
